How a game starts

• Choose your opponents: computer players for a quick solo game, or host a lobby and invite friends with a link.
• Pick your rules: use the classic Rawlins preset or customise which ranks are special — resets, burns, skips, and more.
• Swap cards: before play begins you may exchange cards between your hand and your face-up row. It is your only chance to set up your endgame.
• Shed everything: play equal-or-higher on the pile, use special cards to escape trouble, and clear your hand, face-up, and face-down cards to win.
